No-Show & Cancellation Policy Your time is valuable—and so is mine! To ensure fairness and availability for all clients: • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged 15% of the service total.
